Bi State Officials Association was founded in the Spring of 2011 with 45 teams and 50 Umpires.
We have grown to a team of 215 umpires working with multiple area High Schools, 3 Tournament organizations and over 150 youth baseball teams across 3 leagues we assign from.
We assign officials for Baseball, Basketball, Softball in addition to
Volleyball, Soccer and Kickball officials
